A card on file and a deposit is required to book your appointment and hold your time. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. It will go toward your service costs during the day and time you have booked for. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. Please allow at least 48 hours for cancellations and reschedules. You will be able to do this at your convenience online. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after this 48 hour period, please directly reach out to your artist on instagram @lashwithholly or @eyesbysusie or at timelessbeautyco@icloud.com. (You will no longer have access to cancel or reschedule yourself online after this 48 hour period.) All cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time will lose the deposit. No exceptions. In the case of a no-call/no-show, you will be charged 50% of the intended service and you may not be able to book future services. In the case of an extensive history of cancellations and/or reschedules, you may be asked to pay upfront for the intended service as well as any outstanding fees before your appointment can be accepted.
